The Bellerophon-class battleships were developed from the renowned Dreadnought class. The ship inherited turbine propulsion and a main battery consisting of ten 305 mm guns from her predecessor, but, unlike the prototype, she had armored torpedo protection.
The first dreadnought ship in the world to carry 343 mm main guns; she was superior to all battleships built before her in terms of firepower. Besides this, in contrast to her British predecessors, the ship had reinforced side armor and a more advanced arrangement of artillery guns.

The first battleship in the world to carry 381 mm main battery guns. When commissioned, she was one of the fastest ships of her type. In the interwar period, the battleship was extensively upgraded. Her torpedo protection was reinforced, and her outdated secondary battery was replaced with up-to-date dual-purpose artillery. The ship also received aircraft handling equipment.
A member of Bourrasque-class destroyers. Cyclone provided fire support for Allies during Dunkirk Evacuation, and then participated in rescue mission. retreat provided fire support for the allies and later. On May 31, Cyclone was hit by a torpedo launched from German torpedo boats, but Polish destroyer Błyskawica saved her. However, Cyclone eventually didn't escape her fate. A half month later she was scuttled in Brest.
A member of British A-class destroyer. Anthony managed to rescue over 3,000 personnel during Dunkirk Evacuation, but on May 30, she suffered an air raid and was forced to return to Portsmouth for repair.

Originally the Russian Empire battleship Gangut. She was transferred to Soviet Navy in 1917, and later renamed to Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya (October Revolution) in June 1925.
