0.6.12 New Contents and Changes

New smoke generator for PA DDs, interesting.

Pan Asia Destroyer

Now Pan Asia destroyers all use a new smoke generator consumable. The effect is fixed and does not grow with tier: Lay a cloud of smoke of radius 450m every 2 seconds for 40 seconds, the smoke lasts 60 seconds. The consumable has 4/5 charges and the reload time is 90/60 seconds.

Long Jiang

Deepwater torpedo's range increased from 5.0 km to 8.4 km; the detectability increased from 0.6 km to 1.1 km.

Its range was nerfed from 6.0 km to 5.0 km in 0.6.11.

Phra Ruang

Deepwater torpedo's speed decreased from 52 knots to 51 knots; torpedo range increased from 5.0 km to 7.3 km; the detectability increased from 0.7 km to 1.1 km.

Its range was also nerfed from 6.0 km to 5.0 km in 0.6.11.

Shen Yang

Deepwater torpedo's speed increased from 56 knots to 64 knots; torpedo range increased from 5.5 km to 6.4 km; the detectability increased from 0.7 km to 1.1 km.

Jian Wei

120mm main gun's reload time decreased from 10 seconds to 8 seconds; 180° rotation time decreased from 22.5 seconds to 18 seconds.

Hsien Yang

Surveillance radar now lasts 15 seconds, and replaces smoke generator instead of engine boost.

Chung Mu

Surveillance radar now lasts 17 seconds, and replaces smoke generator instead of engine boost.

Yue Yang

Hsiang Yang was renamed to Yue Yang to relief the spelling similarity with tier 8 Hsien Yang. It's worth mentioning that the newest Yue Yang is a PLAN Type 054A frigate.

Surface detectability increased from 7.02 km to 7.42 km. However, the in-smoke firing penalty remained unchanged.

Surveillance radar now lasts 20 seconds, and replaces smoke generator instead of engine boost.

Lion & Conqueror

Repair Party's reload time increased to 180/120 seconds.

Conqueror

Surface detectability increased from 14.76 km to 15.66 km.

In-smoke firing penalty increased from 15.85 km to 16.69 km.

Huanghe

152mm main gun's reload time decreased from 7.5 seconds to 7 seconds; 180° rotation time decreased from 30 seconds to 25.7 seconds.

Now Huang He can only fire narrow spread torpedoes (but not single-shot), and it was 25% even narrower than regular triple.

Huang He can now use torpedo reload boosters, and it replaces hydroacoustic search.

Giulio Cesare

σ increased from 1.5 to 1.9.

Maximum horizontal dispersion increased from 138m to 226m. The new dispersion formula was the one for US BBs.

Hood & Bismarck

Permanent Camos from Hunt for Bismarck event now provide bonus to service fee reduction.

Low Tier Premium Ship

All Tier V and below premium ships' permanent camo provide +50% XP bonus instead of +30%.

Miscellaneous

Harekaze's US-made 127mm guns were no longer subject to "be insta killed". It originally had a HP pool equivalent to a secondary gun (TBH, I was shocked, seriously?), praise the Vodka.

Dimitri Donskoi's in-smoke firing penalty increased from 6.96 km to 9.69 km.
