French Cruisers

Charles Martel, Saint Louis: Main gun reload time increased from 10s to 12s

Tier 6 to X techtree cruisers get a new main battery reload booster consumable, added to an individual slot

Tier 6 to 8: decrease main gun reload time by 50% during 15s, CD 180s / 120s, can be used 3 / 4 times

Tier 9 and 10: decrease main gun reload time by 50% during 15s, CD 120s / 80s, can be used 3 / 4 times

Note that tier 6 premium CL De Grasse don't have the new consumable at this time

Stalingrad Type I

Citadel damage can now be restored by 33% (used to be 10%)

Stalingrad Type II

Removed HE. The AP now has american cruiser's bounce angle; fuse delay decreased from 0.033 seconds to 0.022 seconds; detonate threshold decreased from 51mm to 34mm; sigma increased from 2.05 to 2.25; max dispersion function is same as german BB's

Rudder shift time dropped from 15.08 seconds to 12.54 seconds.

Citadel damage can now be restored by 33% (used to be 10%)

Z23's A hull model GSD007_Z23_1940 has been replaced by GSD011_Z23_1945
