Our game is constantly evolving, and the same is true for our ships. Very soon, we will start reworking one of the oldest tech trees in the game: the Japanese destroyers! We're doing this because feedback has shown us that these vessels need certain changes

What do we plan to do? We intend to introduce a sub-branch stemming from the main tech tree branch of these destroyers and move the existing ships around. We want to distinguish between the two different gameplay styles of these destroyers. Ships of the first type serve multiple roles and are hard to detect. They also have good main battery guns and torpedo attacks. The second type of destroyer is better at using its main guns, and are thus with fewer torpedoes. Their torpedoes, however, have longer ranges. They also come with torpedo tube autoloaders.

As you can see above, some ships have had their Tiers changed quite significantly. For example, Fubuki has been moved from Tier VIII to Tier VI and Mutsuki has been moved from Tier VI to Tier V. Along with these adjustments, Japanese destroyers of the main tech tree have lost their far-range torpedoes, because increasing numbers of players were taking pot shots with them.
Of course, those who have already upgraded all their ships will be covered as far as these changes are concerned. There will be no need to upgrade your favourite ships one more time. Also, players may encounter these modified destroyers in battle. Supertest users will be using them so that they can be tested in the most realistic environment possible without adversely affecting the gameplay experience of other players.
