Monaghan

Received a unique TRB: reduce the remaining torpedo reload time to 30 seconds, reload in 360/240 seconds, has 2/3 charges.

Cossack/Haida

HE shell damage increased from 1700 to 1900, chance of causing fire reduced from 8% to 5%.

Torpedo range reduced from 10km to 8km and torpedo detectability increased from 1.3km to 1.4km.

Haida ONLY: In-smoke firing penalty reduced to 2.43 km to 2.31 km, traverse angle of 3rd turret extended from ±119° to ±137°, the gun pitch is limited at its maximum firing angle.

The traverse angle of Cossack's 4th turret stays ±119°.

Haida ONLY:Smoke Generator changed to Perth version, it has a long activation time but smoke cloud doesn't last long.

Boise/Nueve de Julio

Main gun 180° rotation time shortened from 22.5 seconds to 18 seconds.

Main gun maximum horizontal dispersion reduced from 127m to 99m.

Nueve de Julio didn't receive the buff to maximum dispersion.

Massachusetts

Main gun maximum firing range reduced from 23.54 km to 18.27 km; 180° rotation time shortened from 45 seconds to 36 seconds.

Secondary gun reload time shortened from 6 seconds to 4 seconds; maximum horizontal dispersion reduced from 458m to 278m.

DCP changed to regular US BB version.

Main gun 180° rotation time shortened from 30 seconds to 25.7 seconds.

Rudder shifting time shortened from 9.15 seconds to 8.38 seconds.
