The lead ship of the first series of Italian dreadnoughts. In 1930s she was drastically modified getting bigger caliber and longer firing range of main artillery, torpedo defence and higher cruiser speed. This allowed her to remain a formidable opponent for most of battleships-peers.
Features
Giulio Cesare has a extremely low maximum dispersion (and thus σ is set low in an attempt to control the shell grouping) due to the fact that she uses the DDs/Atlanta's Range-Dispersion formula. But it is not a new thing to WoWS audience: the Tier X battleship Conqueror briefly enjoyed this kind of dispersion on her debut.
