British light cruiser was designed for operations in squadron, trade route protection and fleet task. In 1948 she was transferred to the Republic of China Navy and renamed as Chung King (Chong Qing), In the following year she joined the People's Liberation Army Navy and, within an short period of time, become the most powerful ship of all PLAN's combat units. In the early 1950s a plan of the cruiser reconstruction was developed by USSR while its armament and equipment had to be replaced with the Soviet ones.

This looks to be by far the weakest Tier VI cruiser. It's also total fantasy. Chong Qing in historical state would make for a fine Tier V premium but this seems like a ridiculous cash-grab.
