The destroyer was ordered in Germany in 1913 to replenish the fleet of the Republic of China with modern ships. She has never been built, but she served as a prototype for V-25-class German destroyers.
Long Jiang carries V-25's top config as her stock config(105mm guns and G/6 AV** torpedoes), but it requires XP and Credits to unlock her deep water torpedo armament.
Similar to Enterprise's dive bombers, Pan Asian DDs can only carry either regular torpedo or deep water torpedo into battle.
