0.5.15 incremental changes

0.5.15 has a number of incremental changes aside from German destroyer tech-tree and premium ships.

Japanese DD Miscellaneous

  • research and purchase costs for upgrades in current tech-tree ships has been reduced to comply with new upcoming tech-tree updates, affecting: Mutsuki, Hatsuharu, Fubuki, Kagero.
  • 127mm HE shells receive a nerf on chance of causing fire (reduced from 9% to 7%). Damage nerf already implemented in last update. Affecting: Hatsuharu, Akazuki, Kagero, Shimakaze. (Shiratsuyu and Yuugumo use same shells but not nerfed, presumably for testing purpose. )
  • 120mm HE shell damage decreased from 2000 to 1700, chance of causing fire reduced from 8% to 7%. Affecting: Umikaze, Wakatake, Isokaze, Minekaze, Mutsuki. (Kamikaze and Fuujin not affected. )

Wakatake

  • Removing Type 6 torpedo upgrade.

Isokaze

  • Removing Type 6 torpedo. Stock torpedoes become Type 44 mod.2, as per changes to Wakatake.
  • Reload time of Type 44 mod.2 torpedoes have been reduced from 42s to 39s.
  • Reload time of Type 92 torpedoes has been reduced from 47s to 42s.
  • Reload time of main guns have increased from 10s to 12s (rate of fire reduced from 6 rpm to 5 rpm).

Minekaze

  • Reload time of main guns have decreased from 12s to 10s (rate of fire increased from 5 rpm to 6 rpm).

Iowa

  • Addition of some misc items on the roofs of main turrets.

Kolberg

  • Cost of firing each 105mm shells has reduced from 5 to 3 credits.

Scharnhorst

  • Main turret armor fixes.

Forts

  • Hit points have reduced from 300000 to 65000, repair speed has reduced from 4000 to 435.
  • Minimum firing distance of the forts has increased from 2km to 3km.
  • Forts now house 420mm armor.
  • Remove 1.8x bonus of aerial bomb damages on the forts.
  • Can be set on fire. Forts has 20% resistance to fire, firing damage is 0.4% total hit points per second. Same as ships, Forts become easier to acquire when on fire.

Surveillance stations

  • Hit points reduce from 9000 to 1900, repair speed decreases from 50 to 8.
