0.5.14PT 0.5.13.1 clothing day driving in the version update.

Following Japan destroyers with new drive technology tree is subject, not to be confused and official version of day drive tech tree.

The changes retroactively 0.5.13PT in fact, most of these changes occurred in 0.5. version 13-> 0.5.13.1 and change values already exists in the 0.5.13.1 client.

Hatsuharu

• Reduced main gun loading time from 8 to 7.5 seconds (speed increased from 7.5 rounds/min to 8 rounds per minute).
• 127mm HE projectile injuries has fallen from 2100 to 1800.

Fubuki

• 127mm HE projectile injuries has fallen from 2100 to 1800.

Azumo

• Second injury in the air decreased from 15 to 4, reducing range from 3.1km to 1.2km.
• 主炮型号改成了"127mm/50 三年式A型"(左前方没有凸起部分)。

Akatsuki

• First the two starboard torpedo back fire area from 103° Increased to 114°.
• The second, third, the starboard forward torpedo fire area from 68° Up to 47° (Where the angle is smaller, torpedo turn needed to launch forward inclined angle of the hull is smaller).
