On 0.5.14 version, all existing 13 tier 10 ships will get new permanent camouflage.
Tier 10 ships' permanent camouflage has following properties:
- -3% to detectability range by sea
- +4% to maximum dispersion of shells fired by the enemy attacking your ship
- -50% to the cost of the ship's post-battle service
The price of the camouflage is 4000 doubloons.
