0.5.13 PT Update 2 Mogami get buffed right before PT server goes live

0.5.13PT client receives a new patch before it go live. Another test target (Mogami) gets her buff as well.

Errata

The earlier post on 0.5.13 UK CL has a typo in it. The AP detonation delay should be 0.005sec and 0.004sec respectively, instead of 0.5sec and 0.4sec.

New changes

Mogami

• Firing arc of 2nd starboard torpedo tube is extended by 10 °. Now, all four torpedo tubes have the same firing arc.
• Firing arc of 1st turret is extended from ±145° to ±150°.
• Firing arc of 2nd turret is extended from ±148° to ±149°, and front locking (blocked by 1st turret) is reduced from ±20° to ±13°.
• Firing arc of 4th turret is extended from ±140° to ±145°.

Only 203mm gun gets buffed, 155mm gun remains unchanged.

Other changes

The following changes are all about premium ships, as they are not part of the PT, please take a grain of salt reading it.

Indianapolis's armored plate increases from 16mm to 19mm.

Atlanta's armored plate increases from 13mm to 16mm.

Molotov's armored plate increases from 13mm to 19mm, rudder armor increases from 20mm to 30mm.

Saipan's flight deck armor and hangar plate increase from 13mm to 19mm.

Blyskawica's bow and stern plate drops from 16mm to 12mm, rudder armor drops from 16mm to 15mm.

Sims's armored plate drops from 16mm to 12mm.

Lo Yang's armored deck drops from 19mm to 16mm, and her superstructure, bow and stern plate drops from 13mm / 19mm to 12mm.

Anshan's armored deck and mid-ship plate drops from 16mm to 13mm, bow and stern plate drops from 16mm to 12mm.

Tirpitz's underwater armor belt tweaks between 170mm and 240mm.

(Tirpitz's underwater armor belt is 170mm on the live server while Bismarck's is 245mm; However, in PT, Tirpitz's underwater armor belt briefly increased to 240mm, then dropped back again.)
