Wilhelmshaven (William's Port) is one of German's key naval bases in both WWI and WWII. In 1869, Wilhelm I, King of Prussia established the Prussian naval force in this port, a military shipyard was then completed in 1871. The navy housed in this port had served the Kingdom of Prussia, the Weimar Republic and the Deutsche Reich.
A number of historical ships were laid down and completed in Wilhelmshaven once it was established. For instance, the lead ship of Nassau-class battleships, the lead ship of König-class battleships, battleship Ostfriesland (second of Helgoland-class battleships), light cruiser Straßburg (third ship of Magdeburg class light cruisers) and the famous 'Panzerschiff' Admiral Graf Spee.
Today, Wilhelmshaven is the only deep water port in Germany. The port is also the nation's most important naval base and a historic site.
Flag of Wilhelmshaven will be a reward for taking part in the fifth season of ranked battle. Players will receive this flag after reaching rank 15 in this season.
